Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Mn AI desktop app and the services that come with it (together, "Mn AI"). Mn AI is provided by Mawjood AI ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Mn AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Mn AI.

1. Who sells Mn AI

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns. Your purchase is also governed by Paddle's buyer terms.

2. What Mn AI is

Mn AI is a desktop application for working on software projects with AI agents. It runs on your computer and connects to AI model providers using API keys that you supply. The subscription covers the Mn AI app; it does not include AI model usage.

3. Your account

• You sign in with an email address or a Google account. Keep access to that email or account secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to buy a subscription.
• Give accurate information and keep your email address up to date.

4. Free trial

New accounts get a 3-day free trial with no card required. One free trial is available per person and per computer. We may decline a trial where we see attempts to obtain more than one, for example through many accounts.

5. Subscription and payment

• Mn AI Basic costs US$10 per month or US$96 per year, plus any sales tax or VAT added at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Paddle charges the payment method you gave at checkout.
• You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
• If we change the price, we will tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Your API keys and AI providers

You choose which AI providers to use and add your own API keys. Your use of those providers is governed by their terms, and they bill you directly for model usage. Your API keys are stored on your computer. We are not responsible for the providers' services, their charges or the output their models produce.

7. Your code and content

Your projects, code and prompts remain yours. They stay on your computer and go from there to the AI provider you chose; we do not receive them. You are responsible for reviewing what AI agents change, run or produce before you rely on it, including commands run on your computer.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Mn AI to break the law or to harm others, or to create malware;
• share your account, resell access, or work around the free trial and subscription limits;
• copy, decompile, reverse engineer or modify Mn AI, except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
• interfere with or attack our servers or other users.

9. Licence

While your trial or subscription is active, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Mn AI on computers you own or control. Mn AI includes open-source components; their licences are included with the app and apply to those components.

10. Updates and availability

We may update Mn AI to add, change or remove features. We aim to keep our services available but do not promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Disclaimer

Mn AI is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including fitness for a particular purpose. AI output can be wrong; you are responsible for checking it.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Mn AI in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Ending your use

You can stop using Mn AI and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. When an account ends, your licence to use Mn AI ends.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Mn AI after that means you accept the updated terms.
